So, you’re curious about what makes folks successful in tech, right? Let me tell you, it’s all about never stopping the learning train. See, in tech, things change faster than you can blink. If you’re not learning, you’re falling behind, simple as that.
Take it from me. I started with hardly anything, a high school dropout, right? But I didn’t let that define me. I got into Novell Netware Certification, then I jumped from Lotus Notes Certification to Java, then Cloud Engineering and DevOps stuff, and now I’m knee-deep in Cloud & AI security. It’s been a wild ride, but I learned something crucial – you can’t just get a degree or a cert and call it quits. That’s not how it works here.
The guys and gals who really make it in tech? They’re the ones who never stop learning. They don’t just hang their hat on a degree or a cert and think they’re done. They’re always onto the next thing, keeping up with all the crazy changes.
But hey, it’s not all about burying your nose in a book or a screen. You’ve got to balance it out, you know? Don’t learn so much that you forget to live a little. I had to learn that the hard way. It’s about finding that sweet spot where you’re growing your brain but also enjoying life.
So yeah, if you want to make it big in tech, keep learning. And not just a little – make it your way of life. Just remember to take a break sometimes, alright? That’s the secret sauce, my friend.
